I’m a cybersecurity professional from Tashkent, Uzbekistan, with experience in national incident response, digital forensics, penetration testing, and cybersecurity policy.
At UzCERT, Uzbekistan’s national CSIRT, I handled security incidents, conducted penetration tests and forensic investigations, and managed the national early-warning system. I also represented Uzbekistan at the ITU Plenipotentiary Conference (PP-22) in Bucharest and spoke at the FIRST Regional Symposium for Central Asia about operating a national early-warning system at scale.
I now work as an independent cybersecurity analyst and CTO at PSD.UZ. I studied business at the University of Sunderland, hold the CEH certification, and placed second in the 2016 Cyber Security Challenge Uzbekistan.
